Following Roxxon Oil Corporation's announcement that they have created a new synthetic vibranium; Spider-Man, the Black Panther, the Ghost, and Sunturion all converge on Roxxon's laboratory on the Empire State University campus to investigate or possibly steal the manufacturing secrets! The web-slinger and the King of Wakanda are having a tough time against the Ghost and Sunturion until the golden avenger enters the fray! After Shell-head forces the Ghost to retreat and Sunturion to stop fighting, order is restored to the ESU campus. However, there is also another villain trying to steal the synthetic vibranium...Ultron-13! What will happen when the three heroes bust into the Roxxon complex on Long Island the next day? In Quebec a terrorist group has kidnapped the daughter of a parliament member and is demanding a ransom. Four heroes are on the way to free her, but Silver Sable, Rocket Racer, Prowler, and Will-O'-the-Wisp will have to defeat the Sandman first! Second back up story: "One Track Mind!"
